Whether you're a business traveler or an individual tourist, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay in your room.

All guest rooms are equipped with a bathroom (shower) and toilet. In addition to a hairdryer, you'll also find facial tissues, soap, and a Mediterranean shower gel. We wash our fluffy towels ourselves.

Our beds with new cold foam mattresses, lightweight duvets, and duck feather pillows are particularly well-received by our guests and will provide you with a heavenly night's sleep. For allergy sufferers and guests with neck problems, we also provide special pillows.

A modern flat-screen TV, direct-dial telephone, and free Wi-Fi access are, of course, standard features in your room.

All rooms have a small mini-fridge.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.

Check-in is done through our key safe, which is located to the left of our hotel entrance. Please inquire about your code in advance. Upon request, we can send you the key code via SMS. Please provide us with your name, arrival period, and mobile phone number.

Check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you wish to check out later, please contact us, and we will discuss the options. Late check-outs will incur additional charges:

From 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM: 50% surcharge of the room rate

After 11:30 AM: 100% surcharge of the room rate

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator.

We only offer non-smoking rooms. In case of violation, we will charge a corresponding cleaning fee even after check-out.

Pets are allowed in limited and selected rooms. Please bring the necessary supplies for your pet. For each pet, we charge €7.00 per night. Due to hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed in the breakfast room.

Please note that we do not have a restaurant on-site. An information card with details of Zwickau's restaurants, eateries, and bars can be found in your room, or you can ask our service staff for further recommendations. We are happy to reserve a table for you at your preferred local restaurant.
